This notice explains what andybedell.com collects when you contact Andy Bedell or book a meeting, and what happens to it. Questions or requests go to andy@andybedell.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number and message.
- When you book a meeting: the length and time you choose and the details above, so the meeting can be scheduled.
- When you pay: Stripe collects your card and billing details to process the payment. We receive your name, email, the amount, whether the payment went through and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
- How you found the site: the page you were on, the referring site and campaign tags in the link (for example from an ad), and an anonymous visitor ID.
- Measurement cookies, only with your choice: where the law requires it, analytics and advertising measurement wait until you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
How we use it
- To reply to you, take payment for, schedule and hold your meeting, and follow up about the work you asked about.
- To handle refunds and answer questions about a charge.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site, so we spend less on what doesn't work.
- We don't sell your information.
Who helps us
Your details are stored in Discovery Harbor, the customer system run by Discovery Marketing, which Andy uses to manage inquiries and bookings. Stripe processes payments and refunds. When you book a meeting, Google Calendar creates the meeting invitation and sends it to the email you give. If you agree to measurement cookies, Google and Meta may receive measurement data from your visit. These services handle your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as they're useful for following up and running the business, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete the rest sooner.
Your choices
- Ask what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it: email andy@andybedell.com.
- Reschedule or cancel a booked meeting by replying to your confirmation email or through the Support page. Refunds follow the Terms of Service.
- Change your cookie choice from the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser.
