These terms cover your use of andybedell.com and any paid meeting you book through it. In these terms, “I”, “me” and “Andy” mean Andy Bedell, and “you” means the person or business using the site or booking a meeting. By booking a meeting, you agree to these terms.
1. Who I am
andybedell.com is the personal site of Andy Bedell, founder of Discovery Marketing. You can reach me at (737) 239-8330 (call or text) or andy@andybedell.com. More ways to get help are on the Support page.
2. Booking a paid meeting
- What you’re buying: a one-on-one video meeting with me on Google Meet, for the length you choose.
- Price: $1,000 an hour, booked in 15-minute blocks: $250 for 15 minutes, $500 for 30, $750 for 45 and $1,000 for 60, in US dollars. The price is shown before you pay.
- Payment: you pay in full when you book, through Stripe. Stripe processes your card; I never see or store your full card number.
- Confirmation: your meeting is confirmed once your payment clears and you receive a Google Calendar invite with the Meet link. If you asked for a meeting through the request form, it’s confirmed once you pay the link I send you.
- Price changes: prices can change over time, but the price you paid is the price of that meeting.
3. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
- 24 hours or more before your meeting: you can reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Reply to your confirmation email, or call, text or email me.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a missed meeting: the fee isn’t refundable. Still let me know; if I can find another time for you, I will.
- If I have to cancel or move it, or a problem on my end keeps the meeting from happening, you choose a new time or a full refund.
- Timing: meetings start and end at the booked times. If you join late, the meeting still ends on time.
- How refunds are paid: to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
- Questions about a charge: please contact me first. I’ll answer within one business day, and if something went wrong, I’ll make it right.
4. What a meeting is, and isn’t
- A meeting is my honest opinion and ideas, based on my own experience in advertising, e-commerce, hiring and running a business.
- It isn’t legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. For those, talk to a licensed professional.
- I can’t promise any particular result. You decide what to do with what we discuss, and those decisions are yours.
- If you’d like Discovery Marketing to do work for you, such as a website, films or advertising, that’s a separate written agreement.
5. Privacy and confidentiality
- What you tell me about your business stays private. I won’t share it without your permission.
- Meetings aren’t recorded unless we both agree at the start.
- Please don’t share anything with me you aren’t allowed to share, such as another company’s confidential information.

6. Using this site
- The site is for general information. The films are dramatizations in AI animation, as labeled on the page.
- The words, films, reels and images on this site belong to Andy Bedell or Discovery Marketing, or to the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to share links; please don’t copy or reuse the content commercially without permission.
- Please don’t try to break or disrupt the site, or submit false information through its forms.
7. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for anything related to a meeting or this site is limited to the amount you paid me for the meeting in question, and I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. The site is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that can’t be waived.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we ever disagree about something, please contact me first; most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
9. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when I do. The terms in place when you booked apply to that meeting.
